Cinestarr’s Talent Hunt for The Great Sonu Nigam concert Tour in April 2012 is a talent hunt designed to bring out the best of the best singing / Dance talents from every nook and corner of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji Islands. The winner of this Talent Hunt in singing category will be presented with the title of SUPER SINGER and in Dance Category- SUPER DANCER.
These winners will get a Golden & Lifetime opportunity to perform live with the Legendary Singer of Bollywood The Great Sonu Nigam on stage in his mega concert in Sydney on 6 April 2012 at Sydney Olympic Park in the presence of approx 4000 strong audience.
Cinetarr’s objective is to reward the most Talented local Singer / Dancer by providing a platform to showcase his/ her talent in an International concert, with the Internationally famous Superstar... A heartthrob of millions... One & Only The Great Sonu Nigam and that too in front of 4000 strong audience(approx)...

Cinestarr have brought the big artists from Bollywood such as Melody Asha Bhosle, The Great Sonu Nigam, Ghazal King Late Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas, Gurdas Maan, Kunal Ganjawala and others and given the Bollywood music lovers living in Australia, NZ & Fiji Islands the most memorable & desirable moments through these concerts. And Cinestarr events have always received a huge appreciation, faith and encouragement from the community in the entire South Pacific region for its contribution & commitment in the field of Entertainment here.
In continuation to its tireless effort, Cinestarr bows down to its commitment for not only entertaining our people by bringing back the great entertainer Sonu Nigam but this time Cinetarr is providing local talented aspirants a huge stage to feel the grand & magnanimous scale of an International concert and that too with Superstar Sonu Nigam.
It is only a solo performer’s talent hunt.. but the groups / chorus / band can be used for any help to the solo performers.
Auditions in all major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane & Perth — At least two auditions (subject to the number of entries received) will be held in all the Cities the before the Grand Finale / Final Selection.
Anyone can participate as there is no age bar in this Cinestarr’s Talent Hunt.

Each performer will have to bring 2 karaoke tracks (for singers) / 2 songs (for dancers) based classical music to perform on it. If there is a time constraint due to big number of entries on the day of audition then only one song performance will be allowed. (Please make sure that you inform Cinestarr team about your choice of songs at least a week prior to the audition so that there should not be any confusion on the day of audition and also bring a good quality CD marked with your name & number. It’s highly recommended that you bring another copy of your CD as a backup).
To qualify for the Grand Finale, which is on Sun 4 March 2012, all the qualified participants from the first Audition will have to perform in the Second audition demonstrating their higher skills based on new or old Bollywood classical music whether singing or dancing.

Two qualified best performers in each category—Singing & Dancing from each city would be invited to participate in the Grand Finale which will be held in Sydney on 4 March 2012. So there would be at approx 24 performers participating for the magical titles SUPER SINGER & SUPER DANCER. The video recording of the highlights of this Grand Finale may be uploaded on our website / may also be aired on some popular Indian TV channel / popular online website.
The winners will be selected by a panel of judges. The selection criteria would be finalized soon whether all the participants will perform on live band or karaoke tracks again.
